Nuevamente iba a mandar un paquete después de la mala experiencia, pensando que tal vez había sido mala suerte, pero ahora con diferencia de apenas 1 mes del envío anterior y un paquete del mismo tamaño querían cobrarme casi $300 más, me sugerían pagar nuevamente etiquetas de frágil pero aún así me dijeron que eso no garantizaba que el paquete llegara bien. Busqué en maps y aquí mismo en Tepeji hay otra paquetería frente al estadio y dan varias opciones de envío. Lo prepararon mucho mejor y me salió $400 más barato con envío por DHL. E	Euridice vega on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no entregan los paquetes al destinatario, solo hacen las entregas a sus oficinas y de ahí tienen que pasar a recogerlos y como can a ir a recogerlos si los documentos eran para una institución educativa, ósea que no entregan al domicilio o dirección establecida que porque son zonas de alto riesgo y de riesgo no tiene nada pero en fin, en lo personal no lo recomiendo solo pierdes tu dinero y es perdida de tiempo ya que te dan fecha de entrega si, pero a sus oficinas no al destino deseado?!! Posteriormente marqué al destino que era Pachuca y no contestan, después de 10 intentos contestan y te dicen que como es zona de alto riesgo no entregan y pues que tu paquete te lo regresan después de una semana, pero el efectivo lo pierdes, como si te cobraran poco por hacer el envío.

Pero no se comunicaron conmigo la de repcion me Decia que ella no sabia nada que los paquetes llegan y no le dicen nada, entonces cual es su trabajo ? Pesimo servicio. No se esfuerzan nada en entregarlos a domicilio y terminan por regresar lo paquetes. Es una basura su servicio comprometanse señores. No les creo mala reputación es la verdad ya me regresaron 3 paquetes y sólo se quitan que hablan temprano que van a dejar el paquete en la tarde y nada. Ya después salen con que debo de ir a su local a recogerlo. Porquería de servicio lo repito nuevamente.
