Ayer hice cita y me dijeron que pasarian a mi domicilio hoy más o menos a las 12 del día. A las 2 de la tarde me contacto con ellos porque pensaba que se les había olvidado, me dijo el Sr. que como no se llevaron la agenda, se les olvido que tenían servicios antes, que se les fue el tiempo en bañar a perros con nudos, etc pero ya venían para aca y yo accedí pensando que llegarían pronto.
A las 5 de la tarde me comunico muy enojada con el teléfono que esta aquí. Después de desviarme la llamada varias veces (si desviada, porque ni si quiera entraba a buzón), me marco de nuevo el Sr. diciéndome que ahora si ya iba para allá. Yo cancelé.
Como les dije la verdad prefiero que me digan la verdad de que se les olvido a estar esperándolos 5 horas !!! Y peor dándome excusas de que su tiempo de retraso es por los dueños de los perros que se tardan en bajarlos.
Ok si eso fue cierto, ¿Porqué no me llamaron si tienen mi teléfono, al menos para avisar un retraso y una disculpa? No que yo les tengo que andar marcando para explicaciones.
Ya deben contemplar todos esos errores y si no pueden darle a alguien un servicio, mejor agendenlo para otro día o decir que no hay disponibilidad porque es horrible que jueguen con el tiempo de una persona.
PD: al final me ofreció una disculpa y el servicio gratis para mañana. No lo tomé. Si no tienen seriedad en su trabajo, yo no pondré la responsabilidad de mi perro con ustedes.
Because of its rating, I thought it was a good place for my dog to bathe but they left me planted?☹
Yesterday I made an appointment and they told me they would come to my home today at around 12 noon. At 2 in the afternoon I contacted them because I thought they had forgotten them, Mr. told me that since they did not take the agenda, they forgot that they had services before, that they had run out of time to bathe dogs with knots, etc but they were already coming here and I agreed thinking that they would arrive soon.
At 5 in the afternoon I communicate very angry with the phone that is here. After diverting the call several times (if diverted, because it didn't even go to the mailbox), Mr. said to me again that now he was going there. I canceled.
As I told you the truth, I prefer that you tell me the truth that you forgot to be waiting for you 5 hours! And worse giving me excuses that their delay time is due to the owners of the dogs who take time to lower them.
Ok if that was true, why didn't you call me if you have my phone number, at least to report a delay and an apology? Not that I have to mark them for explanations.
They should already contemplate all those mistakes and if they cannot give someone a service, better schedule it for another day or say that there is no availability because it is horrible that they play with a person's time.
PS: in the end he offered me an apology and free service for tomorrow. Do not take it. If you are not serious in your work, I will not put the responsibility of my dog with you.
