I	Isabel PB on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quedaron en pasar entre 9 y 10:30 por mi mascota, cosa que no sucedió, vienen a comunicarse conmigo hasta las 12pm, diciendo que ya están en camino. Lo que amablemente contesté que yo les esperaba...tres horas después ya ni me contestaron al decirles que no habían pasado. No entiendo para que ofrecen el servicio si no pueden realizarlo. Al día siguiente decidí llevar personalmente a mi mascota a la ubicación, la cual se encuentra cerrada permanentemente (nos enteramos por vecinos) marcamos para ver en donde se encontraban y si nos recibían, nos mencionaron que era por cita, a lo cual respondimos que el sábado hicimos cita y nunca fueron por mi mascota, que realmente necesitaba el servicio por las uñas de mi perro. Me contestaron que no pudieron pasar por que "CHOCARON", le estaba contestando que al cliente no le interesa el motivo por el cual no llegaron, pero sí que nos informen si ocurre algo así...NO PUDE DECIR MÁS POR QUE ME COLGARON. Es una lastima por que antes llevaba mucho a mi otra mascota, no sé si siguen atendiendo las mismas personas que conozco, pero que POCO PROFESIONALISMO Y ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE, es una pena que empresas así existan.... I do not understand why they offer the service if they cannot do it. The next day I decided to personally take my pet to the location, which is permanently closed (we found out from neighbors), we checked to see where they were and if they received us, they mentioned that it was by appointment, to which we responded that the Saturday we made an appointment and they never went for my pet, who really needed the service for my dog's nails. They answered me that they could not pass because they "SHOCKED", I was answering that the client is not interested in the reason why they did not arrive, but they do inform us if something like this happens ... I COULDN'T SAY MORE WHY THEY HANGED ME UP. It's a shame because before I used to carry my other pet a lot, I don't know if the same people I know continue to serve, but LITTLE PROFESSIONALISM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE, it's a shame that companies like this exist ...
