★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible trato. Tardaron 3 días en responder por el whatsaap que tienen anunciado afuera del negocio. Tuve que llamar 2 veces al teléfono que encontré en internet para sacar una cita.
Llegué puntual a mi cita y me sentaron en una silla sin ningún tipo de atención, a los 20 min me dieron el muestrario de colores, y ahí quedé esperando otros 20 min hasta que me harté y me fui. Ni me preguntaron qué color quría mis uñas hasta que ya estaba harta de esperar.
Me parece una grosería que realicen citas y no respeten el horario de la gente. El tiempo de los clientes es el más valioso y lo se por que también tengo un negocio. Pésima experiencia, no vuelvo a pisar su local.
Terrible deal. They took 3 days to respond to the whatsaap that they have announced outside the business. I had to call the phone number I found on the internet twice to make an appointment.
I arrived on time for my appointment and they sat me in a chair without any attention, after 20 minutes they gave me the color chart, and there I waited another 20 minutes until I got fed up and left. They didn't ask me what color my nails wanted until I was tired of waiting.
I find it rude that they make appointments and do not respect people's schedules. Customers' time is the most valuable and I know that because I also have a business. Bad experience, I will not step on your premises again.
