We had a bad experience my mom went to cut her hair and basically they didn't do anything to her. She told him what cut she wanted and they just ignored her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a hacerme un despunte. No alcanzaron a secarmelo y plancharmelo por que se le fue la luz. Cuando llegue a mi casa me di cuenta que un lado estaba muchisisimo más corto que el otro y el fleco me lo cortaron de más de lo que yo le había indicado a la señorita.
I went to make a start. They failed to dry it and iron it because the power went out. When I arrived at my house, I realized that one side was much shorter than the other and the fringe was cut off more than I had indicated to the lady.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señorita que me atendió era muy mal encarada, como que no quería hacer su trabajo, después de lavarme el cabello no podía desenredar mi cabello rizado, y me cepillaba jalando y maltratando mi cabello y para según desenredarlo me puso algún producto que deshizo mis rizos, ahora tengo una parte lacia y otra con un poco de rizos. Me arruinaron el cabello, después de 15 días del corte tengo el cabello completamente quebrado de las puntas, tendré que cortarlo de nuevo. Pésima atención, parecen inexpertas. Nada recomendado.
The lady who attended to me was very badly faced, as I did not want to do her job, after washing my hair I could not untangle my curly hair, and I brushed pulling and mistreating my hair and to untangle it I put some product that undid my curls , now I have a straight part and another with a little curls. They ruined my hair, after 15 days of the cut I have completely broken hair from the ends, I will have to cut it again. Bad attention, they seem inexperienced. Nothing recommended.
