Fast service, nice air conditioned photo room. Only reason for the deducted star was the front attendant seemed rude for some reason. May have been that my Spanish is not so great, but I do try my best which is more than I can say for most Hispanics in Texas that I know. Anyways, once again, the service that I was there for was flawless, very inexspensive and fast. That is all that really matters in the end.. Thank you and I hope the girl in front has a better day!
Servicio rápido, agradable sala de fotos con aire acondicionado. La única razón para la estrella deducida fue que el asistente de recepción parecía grosero por alguna razón. Puede que mi español no sea tan bueno, pero hago lo mejor que puedo, que es más de lo que puedo decir de la mayoría de los hispanos en Texas que conozco. De todos modos, una vez más, el servicio por el que estuve allí fue impecable, muy económico y rápido. Eso es todo lo que realmente importa al final .. ¡Gracias y espero que la chica de enfrente tenga un mejor día!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conocí Estudio Hernández hace muchos años y estaba en excelentes condiciones, las personas en aquel entonces eran muy atentas y amables, brindaban un servicio de calidad y con esto quiero decir que mostraban interés en realizar un trabajo para ti ofreciendo opciones, explicando, recomendando; hace poco encargué un trabajo porque siempre quise un retrato de allí, ahora el personal solo se limita a un sí o un no y no tratan de explicar y crearte la necesidad o hacer que te quedes con ellos, mi impresión es que les da igual si te vas o te quedas. Aclaro que el trabajo es excelente pues el retrato que encargué me ha en encantado lo que deja mucho que desear es el servicio, no hay un saludo si tú no lo das menos una bienvenida
I met Estudio Hernández many years ago and it was in excellent condition, the people at that time were very attentive and friendly, they provided a quality service and by this I mean that they showed interest in doing a job for you by offering options, explaining, recommending; I recently commissioned a job because I always wanted a portrait from there, now the staff only limit themselves to a yes or a no and they don't try to explain and create the need for you or make you stay with them, my impression is that they don't care if you go or stay. I clarify that the work is excellent because the portrait that I commissioned has enchanted me, what leaves much to be desired is the service, there is no greeting if you do not give it less than a welcome
