Appartamento bello ,piccolini e minimal Il cesso perdeva, un fuoco solo x farti da mangiare. Se volevo pulire ..mi dovevo comprare la scopa e la paletta..lasciate un micio x lavare e asciugare l'acqua del cesso Ci vorrebbe un balcone..ti senti tappata.. Un pregio la piscina molto bella

Estuve viviendo 3 meses en este edificio, y en general el trato fue bueno, sin embargo, aunque yo pague mis rentas en tiempo y forma, Nathan Hendricks (quien dice ser el dueño del edificio) no me ha devuelto mi depósito por $7,000.00 pesos, lleva 3 meses evitando mis mensajes y retrasando la devolución de este.

ADVERTENCIA: Nunca me devolvieron mi depósito y supe de otras personas a quienes les hicieron lo mismo WARNING: They stole my deposit and I heard of others affected as well

Rente en este edificio Ciudad O por que U No de los servicios era la alberca, es decir el uso de ella y no funciona, de hwcho me. Dijeron que la estaban arreglando y no es verdad.

El dueño me estafó, rente un cuarto por 3 meses, y nunca me devolvió los $7,000 pesos del depósito. El cuarto se entregó impecable. Solo me daba pretextos y se aprovechó de que ya no me encontraba en la ciudad para dejar de contestar.

The building isn’t marked, so you can’t find it. When you call the number to get help, it’s a recording in Spanish, with no way to get a hold of someone to let them know when you are checking in. The ground floor bathrooms have a horrible sewer gas odor coming out of the shower drains! The kitchenette only has a single hot plate that doesn’t work unless you put a heavy pan on it. The pans provided are scorched and old. The room cleaners are overworked and NOT willing to give extra clean towels, or bedding. The original bedding did not fit the bed correctly (a double sheet was torn and stretched to fit a queen bed.) When I requested a clean top and bottom sheet be put on the bed after two nights, I had to argue with one of the cleaners to get them. Then, the next day, when I asked for clean towels, she refused until I insisted (handing her my wet towels.) Poor service, poor amenities, horrible sewer gas odor, don’t waste your time or money!

This is the worst place I have ever stayed! Problems from A to Z with this place! And I'm not the only one, all the tenants when I was there ended up with one problem or another and the management does absolutely nothing to fix the situation. A real scam! The place is falling apart with all this neglect. Seriously, don't go there !
