Se que no debí dejarla desatendida, pero fue peor que al llamar a Servicio a Clientes para solicitar los videos (pues tienen camaras y mínimo podría ver quien fue) y me atendió un tal ERIK ARELLANES. Me dijo que no podía proporcionarmelos para un robo de cartera pues no era su responsabilidad. Pero me dijo que llamaría para ver si dejaron mínimo la cartera u otras cosas que reporté, o mis identificaciones tiradas. JAMAS ME LLAMÓ. Llame al día siguiente, me corto la llamada y cuando vuelvo a llamar me dice que están en temporada alta y no tenía tiempo de preguntar por mis cosas y llamarme de nuevo!!!!! PÉSIMO SERVICIO!!!! ETN, revisa tu servicio a clientes!!! I found the customer service lousy. My wallet was stolen on the bus when traveling at night. I know I shouldn't have left her unattended, but it was worse than calling Customer Service to request the videos (they have cameras and at least I could see who it was) and a certain ERIK ARELLANES answered me. He told me that he could not provide them for a purse robbery since it was not his responsibility. But he said he would call to see if they kept the wallet or other things I reported minimal, or my IDs thrown away. HE NEVER CALLED ME. Call the next day, I cut the call and when I call again it tells me that they are in high season and I had no time to ask about my things and call me again !!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! ETN, check your customer service !!!

E	Edgar Herrera González on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo el servicio, siempre , ojo siempre que tomo estás unidades para viajar hay algún problema, el día de ayer acaban de cancelar mi salida, ok por el clima, me pasan al de 1:30hrs después, que sale 2:30hrs después de mi salida, la ruta que toman (desconozco si ya traen traspasa ruta en mapa, o no saben utilizar GPS), por que toman las rutas más largas, incluso en mi viaje de ida, una persona tuvo que levantarse y decirle al chófer que a dónde iba que iba mal y se tubo que regresar, esto me acaba de pasar en ruta Vallarta-Dgo// Dgo-Vallarta.
