Do not hire their service, worst experience we ever had
Please do not make the same mistake as us and hire your service, we had to wait more than 1 hour under the sun because the transport will arrive.

Reservamos un taxi privado con anticipación para el servicio del aeropuerto y cuando aterrizamos no había ningún representante de la compañía, nadie en el aeropuerto de Cancún sabía dónde estaba supuestamente ubicada esta compañía o cómo contactar a su conductor, y cuando busqué ayuda, tomó ellos más de cuatro horas para respondernos. Al final tuvimos que buscar un medio de transporte alternativo y pagar por segunda vez. Cuando finalmente respondieron y les explicamos que no estaban en el aeropuerto y nunca usamos su servicio y solicitamos un reembolso, nunca se disculparon y se negaron a reembolsarnos el dinero del viaje que nunca se usó. Manténgase alejado de este lugar. Servicio al cliente horrible.
Do not use this company. Total scam. We booked a private taxi in advance for the airport service and when we landed there was no company representative, no one at the Cancun airport knew where this company was supposedly located or how to contact their driver, and when I sought help they took them further four hours to reply to us. In the end we had to find an alternative means of transport and pay a second time. When they finally responded and we explained that they were not at the airport and we never used their service and asked for a refund, they never apologized and refused to refund the trip money that was never used. Stay away from this place. Horrible customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VivaAerobus sells their vivabus transport on the airline but they go through a third party Euromex Transfers. Such a scam. I bought a private taxi for 1400 from Cancun to Tulum but after waiting for 30 min, nothing came and the worker said they didn’t know when it would arrive. They gave me the option to wait indefinitely or take a bus with another group who would first be stoping in playa before going to Tulum. This option would have been way cheeper but much more chaotic who’s is why I chose private transport. However they are refusing to provide any type of reimbursement adjustment. Lesson learned, dont pre-book anything until you see the service right in front of you
VivaAerobus vende su transporte vivabus en la aerolínea, pero pasan a través de un tercero Euromex Transfers. Qué estafa. Compré un taxi privado por 1400 de Cancún a Tulum, pero después de esperar 30 minutos, no llegó nada y el trabajador dijo que no sabían cuándo llegaría. Me dieron la opción de esperar indefinidamente o tomar un bus con otro grupo que primero se detendría en playa antes de ir a Tulum. Esta opción hubiera sido mucho más barata pero mucho más caótica, por eso elegí el transporte privado. Sin embargo, se niegan a proporcionar ningún tipo de ajuste de reembolso. Lección aprendida, no reserve nada con anticipación hasta que vea el servicio justo frente a usted
