★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible. Apart from adding on extortionate "security" charges which aren't shown when booking online, they are painfully slow and unprofessional. My check-in staff member was busier texting her friends than dealing with my pick up, this was when she wasn't repeated swapping desks due to "system problems". I know all car rental agencies are awful, but these are the worst I have experienced yet - and I've rented a lot of cars in several countries. I recommend you avoid these guys like the plague.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, I booked online with a full coverage insurance, unlike most of the reviews, there were no additional fees, just be aware of the expenses at pick up, these are the car rent cost plus a deposit to you CC, other than that, the car was clean and in good conditions and didn't have any issues at return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place ever to rent a car. They charge you minimum $50 plus dollars per day with no option. But they push for almost a $100 I waste about 2 hours in the middle of the night, and by the end decide to take a uber. If you want to rent a car find a different company, who dosen't see a dollar sing on your forehead, on top of that I lost over a $100 dollars for insurance of what I paid before with the reservation,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rip off artists. You book online, it says you bought insurance through them& then they refuse and want you to pay 1,000+ us for their insurance knowing you had prepaid. Their insurance pays 20% and you are in the hook for 80%. It's a scam. They are dirty players. They tell you everyone is the same. Well I found another&have to waste time getting my money back. I spent 4hrs and I was tired.. and they know this&prey on you. Whatever you did online to book, they'll laugh at the gringos in the back room to see how much they can get you to pay and charge you a lot more than you had planned. then they put $10000 us on your credit card.
It's not easy but it's almost not worth booking in advance. It can ruin your trip. Trust me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible !!! 3 hours to give me my car , the cars are dirty and old ,mechanical noises , the person that did my reservation. Offered me a better coverage for the car ,which was already paid ,he said it will be only about 120 dollars ,I agreed because it wasn't much and full coverage is important, after I left I saw a charge for 489 dollars ,I decided to resolve this matter on my returned as it was December 25th and I just wanted to go home ,I returned the car even cleaner Than I got it ,when I explained the situation to the person on charge , she just told me I did signed the voucher and nothing she could do for me ,they did not tried to help or resolved this matter at all, I will go to profeco and call my credit car company ,do not rent here ,they are cheaper than others but you paid the price for it .terrible service ,terrible cars and old !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful. Rip off artists. If you tent a car from one of the online travel sites, get ready for a shock. They'll hit you up for thousands in extra charges and will refuse to honor the terms of your reservation.
Go back to the airport and negotiate at the booths. A little effort and you should find something for a reasonable price.
That's what I did, then I started to complain to the folks in Spain. It's a real mess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ really expensive place to rent a van because of the insurance. I rented a car for two weeks and pay $2300. Plus insurance only covers 80% if you wants full coverage it’s even more. I will think twice next time to rent a car from here. I had no issues with the van. That’s the only good thing about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not rent a car here. Con artists. First they give you a price and then this price doubles when they offer the insurance. They delivered a beat up Corolla with a flat tire. Then they tried to charge me for it. The "road assistance" never picks up the phone and then they say it is your fault for not using it. If you are a victim of them I encourage you to submit a complaint to the PROFECO. These people do not deserve to be in business. It is a shame that the airport authority allows this to happen.
