Pesimo servicio te quieren vender paquetes con demasiada insistencia , diciendo que es el ultimo dia de promocion . Me metieron un paquete sin mi consentimiento utilizaron mis datos personales que se supone deben der utilizados con privacidad . Por eso la calificacion .

Contrate una primera vez diciendo que era lo que necesitaba en la espalda, la vendedora me ofreció el paquete y yo lo pague porque al final se supone que ellos saben cómo se dividen las áreas, no nosotros. Al llegar a mi primera cita resulto que estaba contratado algo que ni siquiera me interesaba y la enfermera se comporto de muy mala manera llegando incluso a correr a mi mamá de la cabina. Como "corrigieron" su error y me cambiaron de enfermera contrate dos paquetes nuevos y con el último, aunque pague el adelanto que me pidieron, nunca agendaron la cita y la enfermera tuvo que darme la cara porque las de recepción no se atrevieron. Después de 10 días sin cita, les marque y les dije que qué onda, que ya mi siguiente cita se había ido hasta enero (casi dos meses de mi última sesión) por su falta de atención y se escucho como le dijeron a quien contesto "ya cuelgale", lo cual hizo y jamás volvieron a responder el teléfono.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta suuuuuuuper caro, incluso podría asegurar que es la empresa de depilación más cara de México, no se hacen responsables de lo que le pasa a tu piel, yo me hice cara completa y me dejaron quemaduras que no me han desvanecido con nada en 3 años. Además de que ya "me dieron de alta" pero me sigue saliendo vello, fueron $7300 únicamente por la cara, dinero que fue tirado a la basura por un tratamiento que sirve a medias.
En serio, ¡busquen otro lugar para depilación!

He tenido la fortuna de que me atienda personal muy amable, sin embargo han sido varias las ocasiones en que llego y no hay nadie en el mostrador para atender, tampoco me gusta que en cada sesión te presionan para comprar un paquete o área nueva, estaría bien que sólo informaran de las promociones actuales. Aunque ofrezcan un tratamiento de calidad, si el personal no está bien capacitado para la atención al cliente, la calidad del servicio seguirá muy baja.
