Las bicicletas tienen un asiento muy duro que te quedas bien adolorido .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buenas instalaciones tanto como la primer planta y el segundo piso, aparatos usados pero en buena condición. El lugar esta concurrido en distintos horarios como en cualquier otro gimnasio en la noche, la mañana y unas pocas horas de la tarde.
El seguimiento de los instructores no es constante aveces solo se enfocan a los socios mas trabajados cuando debería de ser aveces al contrario ayudar a los que menos saben, el instructor de la mañana esta mas activo que el de la tarde pero ambos en si "saben" poner rutinas.
Very good facilities both as the first floor and the second floor, used appliances but in good condition. The place is busy at different times as in any other gym at night, in the morning and a few hours in the afternoon.
The follow-up of the instructors is not constant, sometimes they only focus on the most worked partners when it should be sometimes on the contrary to help those who know less, the instructor in the morning is more active than the one in the afternoon but both in themselves "know "put routines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exelente lugar, solo las bicis son algo incómodas al sentarse pero de ahí todo muy bien los entrenadores te ayudan y te explican bien a decir cuál rutina de ejercicio es la correcta para ti

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar ahora vale el doble de antes 500$ el mes y no hay mejoras, de las 5 caminadoras que había ahora funciona solo 1, no veo más variedad en las pesas y las máquinas son las mismas (solo agregaron baños , muy chiquitos por cierto) , nunca hay entrenador por lo cual te toca ayudarte de la gente del gym, los cuales si son muy buena onda. Pero el resto no lo vale , con 500$ mensuales consigues algo muchísimo mejor. Antes valía la pena por el precio y si había entrenador (aunque prefería a las mujeres, pero ayudaba)
The place is now worth twice what it used to be $500 a month and there are no improvements, of the 5 treadmills that were there now only 1 works, I don't see more variety in the weights and the machines are the same (they just added bathrooms, very small by the way ), there is never a coach, so you have to help the people from the gym, who are very cool. But the rest is not worth it, with $500 per month you get something much better. Before it was worth it for the price and if there was a coach (although he preferred women, but it helped)
