Su arquitectura es muy bella y está bien conservando.
Por la pandemia está aún cerrado al público.

Este lugar fue fundado en 1570 según se dice y bajo la orden de los agustinos.
es uno de los conventos mejor conservados de la región y el mejor ejemplo de arquitectura almenada. ??
La fachada muestra una bella espadaña y una torre campanario tan alta como el templo edificada en el siglo XVI. Al centro está instalado un reloj de la época porfiriana, (este reloj ? da campanadas ? cada 15 minutos y al cerrar la hora da el numero de campanadas aque indican la hora exacta del dia) ☀️ ajena a la arquitectura original. La capilla abierta al norte es de tres naves.
En la pintura mural destaca un fresco representando el árbol genealógico de los agustinos, la pila bautismal está tallada en piedra de una sola pieza un lugar muy bello para visitar. ??

The façade shows a beautiful belfry and a bell tower as tall as the temple built in the 16th century. A clock from the Porfirian era is installed in the center, (this clock ? chimes ? every 15 minutes and when the hour closes it gives the number of chimes that indicate the exact time of day) ☀️ alien to the original architecture. The chapel open to the north has three naves.
In the mural painting, a fresco stands out representing the Augustinian family tree, the baptismal font is carved in stone in one piece, a very beautiful place to visit. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extraordinaria edificación, en un pueblo muy tranquilo y con gente muy amable, lo único que no me gusto, es que no se puede tomar fotos al interior de la iglesia (actualmente) incluso ponen un anuncio "amenazando" con quitar el dispositivo con el que se tomen fotos y/o vídeos. Si quieren recibir mas turistas considero que no se debe amenazar de esta manera.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hermoso convento del Siglo XVI en donde, por extraño que parezca ¡aún se da misa en latín! Su gente es supremamente agradable y te enseñan de sus ferias y tradiciones.
