Llevé mi impresora canon y me la entregaron hasta una semana después, además la dirección referida no es la correcta, pues la real está a dos cuadras y el número telefónico registrado no está actualizado.

Me pedían llenara un cuestionario para opinar sobre la atención recibida: No lo realicé porque en ese momento no me informaron cuál había sido el problema y la solución que realizaron, además no podía saber cómo habia quedado funcionando, hasta que estuve en mi domicilio puede probarla y solo así podía saber el resultado, lo cuál lo califico como excelente reparación. No ameritó costo alguno porque aún estaba en garantía.
Lo recomiendo.
