Lo había pedido sin escote y al momento de la prueba tenía uno enorme, afortunadamente lo pudieron medio solucionar, ya que le pusieron encaje. Pero aún así tenía varias transparencias, pedí que se colocará alguna tela para que no se viera nada y el asesor Yoshua me comentó que era algo imposible, siendo que desde un inicio se lo había solicitado sin escote. También le pedí algunas guías de encaje en la falda de distintos tamaños, y el asesor dijo que dicho encaje ya se había terminado y por eso no se colocó, en ningún momento me informo sobre el detalle, siendo que tenían formas de contactarme e incluso un día antes me marcaron para confirmar mi asistencia; le pregunté que cuándo estaría listo este pendiente, a lo cual dijo que no tenía fecha y que probablemente ya no tendría, pero dentro del precio ya estaba incluído el costo de las guías. Le preguntamos que cuanto sería menos del costo total del vestido, a lo cual solo daba vueltas al asunto y se reía de manera nerviosa, diciendo que ya no había arreglo. Al insistir más sobre el tema sólo dijo que nos daría un cubrebocas, fue muy poco profesional y no respeto lo que se pedía. L	Liliana Rivera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si algo les puedo aconsejar es que busquen bien donde compran su vestido de novia especialmente, yo termine aquí después de visitar varios lugares con la atención no tengo ninguna queja se portaron súper bien te hacen sentir prácticamente como princesa por lo que piensas que estás en el mejor lugar, yo fui a buscar vestido en Septiembre y me lo entregaban en Enero me le iban a hacer algunos ajustes obviamente cuando fui en Enero a recogerlo el único ajuste que tenia fue para hacerlo a mi talla pero ni mangas, ni lo largo ni nada ... me volvieron a mostrar los ajustes que se le harían en ese momento y me dijeron que ya no me lo iban a volver a probar que ya iba a quedar perfecto, quizá en esa parte la culpa fue mía por no exigir otra prueba pero uno confía en ellos... la sorpresa fue que hicieron un cochinero con mi vestido los tirantes quedaban flojos los hicieron desmontables como pedí pero dejaron los broches adelante donde se veían horrible y las mangas extra que llevaba no eran iguales y quedaban peor de horribles que los tirantes, me quedaron debiendo el cubrebocas y bueno ya se imaginarán la experiencia tan poco agradable al faltar super poquito tiempo para la boda tuve que hacerle los ajustes por mi cuenta, así que para nada les recomiendo comprar su vestido aquí. Huyan!!!
