★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sin duda ninguna, el mezcal Tecuán es uno se los mejores de México, y es mucho qué decir porque los buenos mezcles abundan. Este en particular es de una variedad de agave llamada Cupriata; en la región se le conoce como "Rosetón"; es unanpanta de altura media y pencas muy anchas.
La fábrica de mezcal es en realidad una planta homogeneizasora y embotelladora; el mezcal es producido por los maestros mezcaleros de la región y llevado ahí para terminar el proceso. Una lástima que sólo sea comercializado aquí...
