I dialed the premises located at San Luis Potosí 16, San Pablo, 76121 Santiago de Querétaro, Qro. to ask if I could visit the maquila in person since I plan to make a prototype table with folded sheet. An engineer answered me telling me what I was looking for? I told him my intention and he told me that they did not accept visits, I told him that I only wanted to know the manufacturing process and he asked me where I marked what I said Querétaro from and he replied "No That way less I will attend to you, that way less" and hung up on me. I did not understand the reason for his answer, I dialed again and a girl answered me, I asked her about the man who had hung up on me and she said it was the engineer. I asked him to pass it to me so that he could explain to me why he hung up on me like that and told me that he had just gone to eat. I asked the subject's name and he would not tell me. Then they hung me up again. I do not understand the reason for this mistreatment of customers by their employees. This place was recommended to me because of how they work, but all that is lost with the attention they give to their customers. Terrible experience.
