Le nourriture était un ton en dessous.
 One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in.

The staff was always friendly and efficient, the location was stunningly set between a sandy beach and peaceful rivers and ponds, the facilities were absolutely flawless and the choice of food and drinks always intriguing. Definitely recommended!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible resort! We loved it so much we went back the following year with our whole family. They loved it as well. The all inclusive is amazing! The LQ and food is all so good! The casitas with pools are unbelievable. Butler service was perfect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice resort and friendly staff, very much focused to cater US American guests.
Nevertheless, all in all a very underwhelming experience and not worth the money. Too many things required more than one go by the staff to get it right, being it room service orders, basic hygiene in the restaurants (hair in the glass more than once etc.), staff cleaned our room and left it open while we were at the beach and I could go on and on.
Also no proactive feedback culture, neither during our stay nor at check-out.
At least the resort app by Fairmont works and pushes you special offers once a day, if you are into getting commercials on your phone while on vacation ✌?
Can’t really relate to the positive feedback the resort has received so far. There are definitely better place to spend your time at the Riviera Maya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a large beautiful resort with a lot of intricate and thoughtful designs. It's built around a lagoon but facing a beautiful beach.
The service was pretty good, not the best but pretty good. What we loved the most about this resort was the ability to have the calm on the lagoon when we needed or the lively parties on the beach. The resort has pools on the beach and a very beautiful golf course. We also found the food to be pretty tasty and very close to authentic mexican cuisine. The Tequila was AMAZING.
