★ ★ ★ ★ ★ somos un taller que llevamos comprandoles refacciones mas de 1 año,acabo de solicitar unas el dia de ayer,se le aviso al vendedor que el pago era con tarjeta y se le olvido mandar la terminal para el cobro,no les importo corregir su error,dejar las refacciones y pasar al otro dia a cobrarlas,solicite hablar con el encargado para buscar una solucion y no me lo comunicaron.
Dando un mal servicio solo estan logrando perder clientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré unos amortiguadores, brazos y rotulas para una camioneta, estaba un poco perdida porque no sé nada de carros, antes revisé en mercadolibre y salían muchos resultados diferentes, estaba un poco abrumada, pero el chico que me atendió en la refaccionaria fue muy atento y me explicó la diferencia entre el brazo izquierdo y el derecho, también me dijo que sí realizan cambios, en caso de que las piezas no fueran las que necesitaba pero no fue necesario cuando llevé las piezas al mecánico me confirmó que todo estaba bien. ??
