★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones dejan MUCHO que desear, deben mejorar LAS COMPETENCIAS de atención y servicio al cliente y la resolución y atención a quejas y problemas a clientes por parte de TODOS LOS ASESORES (sobretodo los nuevos), administración y refacciones. No intenten vender de más y dar atención, seguimiento y RESOLUCIÓN REAL ANTES y DESPUÉS (en caso de ser así) del servicio y posibles ventas. Si esto no mejora, no seguirá siendo una agencia confiable.
The facilities leave a LOT to be desired, they must improve THE COMPETENCES of attention and customer service and the resolution and attention to complaints and customer problems by ALL THE ADVISERS (especially the new ones), administration and spare parts. Do not try to sell more and give attention, follow-up and REAL RESOLUTION BEFORE and AFTER (if so) the service and possible sales. If this does not improve, it will not continue to be a reliable agency.
