★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, acudimos a comprar una batería de auto luego de que ellos mismos nos hablarán para informarnos de un crédito autorizado, al llegar nos dijeron que solo se podía comprar con crédito si antes comprabamos algo de línea blanca, decidimos retirarnos y al ver que ya nos íbamos la vendedora supuestamente hizo un movimiento en la computadora para "hacer una excepción",,,(osea que quería sacar su doble comisión de la compra). Subimos a pagar el enganche que pedían y estuvimos en espera más de una hora por que se cayó el sistema tras toda la espera y pagar el enganche tardaron otra hora!!! En darnos el producto....horrible tener la necesidad de comprar ahi
Terrible service, we went to buy a car battery after they themselves would talk to us to inform us of an authorized credit, upon arrival they told us that it was only possible to buy with credit if before we bought some white line, we decided to withdraw and seeing that already we were leaving the saleswoman supposedly made a movement on the computer to "make an exception" ,,, (that is, she wanted to get her double commission from the purchase). We went up to pay the down payment they requested and we were on hold for more than an hour because the system crashed after all the waiting and paying the down payment took another hour !!! In giving us the product ... horrible to have the need to buy there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención buena ,solo que el personal aún no sabe la magnitud del gran problema del presentarse a laborar estando enfermos y sus supervisores no se dan cuenta que están laborando asi sobretodo con el coronavirus el cajero estaba muy mal cuando hice mi pagó ??️
