★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trabajo mal hecho, pedí 10 tomos de tesis en GRABADO y se le está cayendo las letras, el tono no coincide de la portada, pedí tamaño TESIS y la persona me los hizo tamaño carta argumentando que el local manejan tres tipos de tamaño tesis, tuve que volver a pagar por su error el precio mínimo, pésima calidad, lo único rescatable es la atención que te brindan pero el trabajo hecho CERO RECOMENDABLE
Poorly done work, I asked for 10 thesis volumes in ENGRAVING and the letters are falling, the tone does not match the cover, I asked for a THESIS size and the person made them a letter size arguing that the premises handle three types of thesis size, I had to pay again for your mistake the minimum price, poor quality, the only salvage is the attention they give you but the work done ZERO RECOMMENDED

El dueño se nego a hacerlo y ademas cuando le pedi de vuelta mi dinero me contesto "dinero no te voy a regresar" NO vayan a esta imprenta no arriesguen su dinero con negocios fantoches como este vayan a otra por ahi.
Very very bad on several occasions I returned to have my work modified due to serious spelling mistakes. The owner refused to do it and also when I asked him for my money back he answered me "money I am not going to return you" DO NOT go to this printing company, do not risk your money with puppet businesses like this, go to another one out there.
