Their ambience and service is AMAZING. me and my husband went on date night dinner and their serving experience is worth the money. I had the best lamb chops in my life so far! They have amazing dessert options too.

If you are staying at The Ritz-Carlton, or honestly anywhere within 30 miles of it, do not miss the opportunity to eat at Fantino. It was undoubtedly the most special part of our trip. The service is unparalleled. The staff are incredibly attentive and ensure of complete satisfaction. The dishes are fantastic and prepared with remarkable attention to detail. The filet was one of, if not the best that I have ever had (the red wide reduction is to die for). The house made tagliatelle is mouth-watering. Lastly, the bill always arrived at well below the cost I anticipated, which is quite refreshing! Not at all to brag, but to convey comparative credibility; I have eaten at restaurants across the world, multiple Michelin Star and award-winning establishments, and Fantino may be at the top of my list. What an absolute pleasure this dining experience was! I was staying at a nearby resort and decided to treat myself to a nice dinner. I was absolutely blown away by both the food and the service. The burrata salad had a savory sorbet on top that not only added flavor, but a fun temp change that was so so good. They gave me a few amuse bouches, and shockingly, the mushroom cappuccino might have been my favorite. I don’t even like mushrooms! That’s how amazing this restaurant is. The service was outstanding. They were on top of every detail. The signature filet was melt-in-your-mouth amazing. This dining experience may now be the top of my list for best meal I’ve ever had. They even gave me a rose at the end of dinner to take with me. Do not miss dining here if you’re in Cancun!

THIS PLACE IS THE BEST!! Seriously as a world traveller and high end restaurant lover YOU WILL LOVE THIS MAGICAL PLACE! I came for my birthday and the table was decorated beautifully with rose Pedals and the food was off the hook. The service and Adrians team was the best I’ve ever had anywhere, from New York To Napa valley. It was like A dance and they were incredibly attentive for the entire 3 hours. We didn’t want to leave!! You won’t be sorry. Don’t miss it!

What a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, the service was impeccable, and the value was tremendous. I highly recommend this place to anyone who stays at the Ritz Carlton Cancun. The staff really went above and beyond, and all the little extra treats that the chef would send out were marvelous. I'm sad that we only went once during our three night stay. We'll be back.

Simply the best dining experience I've had so far anywhere! This place truly is incredible: delicious and innovative tasting menu, incredible presentation and ambience with live piano music. The service is absolutely top notch: extremely attentive, yet unobtrusive, professional yet with personable, with great attention to detail. I could go on and on, but it was simply the best dinner that everyone should experience. If you're staying at the Ritz, you have to go and even if youre not, make a trip here. 10/10 Worth every penny and highly recommended.

Cannot recommend this place high enough! We stayed at the Ritz-Carlton specifically after hearing great things about this restaurant and we were not disappointed! We were so impressed after first night dining at Fantino that we returned a second night. The catch of the day and the salmon were phenomenal. The homemade pastas were excellent appetizers and the desserts were amazing! The chocolate fondant cake is well worth the wait. The service was top notch! Adrian, Pedro and Alejandro took excellent care of us and we look forward to seeing them again soon!
