★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me dieron una medicina en sustitución de otra que está escasa. El problema es que no me dijeron (o no sabían quizá) que la fórmula no es la misma (le faltaba un ingrediente antiinflamatorio) . Uno confía en que quien está a cargo sabe al respecto y aquí claramente no fue el caso ?
Si estuviéramos en otro país, se les podría demandar por el dolor innecesario que el paciente sufrió por su error.
They gave me a medicine to replace another that is in short supply. The problem is that they didn't tell me (or maybe they didn't know) that the formula is not the same (it was missing an anti-inflammatory ingredient). One trusts that whoever is in charge knows about it and here it was clearly not the case ?
If we were in another country, they could be sued for the unnecessary pain the patient suffered because of their mistake.
