★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO, no entienden que trabajan con temas de salud, no es posible que ofrezcan entrega a un día siguiente y aún ya cuando pasaron 2 se dan el descaro de decir "llegará al siguiente día"
AWFUL SERVICE, they do not understand that they work with health issues, it is not possible for them to offer delivery the next day and even when 2 have passed they have the nerve to say "it will arrive the next day"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de la faturación, prometen que van a entregar los documentos y esto no sucede,. Maricela dice que se compromete de inmediato a hacerlo y después de un mes no hace nada.
Terrible billing service, they promise that they will deliver the documents and this does not happen. Maricela says that she immediately commits to doing it and after a month she does nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio. No puedes pagar por ningún método. No hay medicina y si hay no esta a buen precio esta mas cara que otras sucursales como farmacia san pablo. Ejemplo la metildopa de 250 mg tienes que contactar y hacer tu pago en bancos y si estas enfermo o te queda lejos debes ir gastar gasolina y tiempo irreparable para ir pagar y no solo ahi sino debes contactar a asesores para que tu pagonsea validado no es en automático y tardan los días semanas en mandarte. Pesimo atención a clientes no hay secuencia te atienden como van. Es un asco.
Terrible service. You cannot pay by any method. There is no medicine and if there is, it is not at a good price, it is more expensive than other branches such as San Pablo Pharmacy. Example 250 mg methyldopa you have to contact and make your payment in banks and if you are sick or you are far away you must spend gasoline and irreparable time to pay and not only there but you must contact advisors so that your payment is validated is not in automatic and they take days weeks to send you. Lousy customer service there is no sequence they serve you as they go. It sucks.
