this is the only Pharmacy I will consider buying prescription drugs at, as they require prescriptions (which is legally required in Jalisco)...this tells you they aren't selling fake drugs. There is a little clinic just outside the front door that will assess you and write a valid prescription if approved. While it will cost you a little extra, you'll know you're getting the real medicine and not one that will do either nothing, or put you up in the hospital for a few days (which happened to my friend).

Friendly service. Ask at the pharmacy counter for common products like cough drops and vitamins.

This is literally the worst pharmacy in PV. Despite being large, they don’t seem to have anything which the other pharmacies don’t sell. They ask for prescription for antibiotics and wanted to sell medication for 5x the price of other pharmacies. Better go to some of the smaller places in town.

Store is a great size. There’s an ATM inside as well. Very convenient place to get snacks and drinks from drunk nights at the bars nearby.

Very tidy with remarkable pricing. In particular is the price points on dental care products. Name brand toothpaste and toothbrush at 1/3 the price of estados unidos. I am not surprised to see pricing disparity between Mexico and the world's richest country, the US. I remain so disappointed at the level of capitalist greed borne by the American consumer. The pharmacy was busy and staffed by very courteous women. I enquired about two popular US prescription medicines that are sold OTC all over PV by other "street" pharmacies and learned that neither drug is available OTC in the city. My suggested caveat is that you cannot buy narcotic medication or various US Class controlled medicines in Mexico anymore than you can buy them back home without a prescription. Please use common sense before you act otherwise in Mexico.

Nice staff. Enforcing mask mandates for safety. Prices are cheaper than stores labeled "PV" in side by side comparison for 1 popular medication.

I've been coming to Puerto Vallarta off and on living in the same area here when I'm here and I would say that the service was three out of five stars before today. There are always long lines which is very frustrating so today when trying to purchase three items I saw there was a long line behind me so I signed my receipt from my credit card very fast. The rude unprofessional clerk mumbled something about it not being my correct signature so she wanted some identification which I provided her with and then she points to the signature which of course was perfect and she says it's not the right signature so you have to pay it again. I wound up arguing with her to no avail at which point an American who I would describe as an ugly personality started to intervene taking her side over mine stating at some point that I had said shut up under my breath which I did but it's not swearing because she was yelling at me and it makes me not ever want to go back to the store again. There are several other smaller stores which really need the business of people like me and other people supporting them and those are the places I would like to go to there's at least three or four within a 5-minute walk of here
