Es un lugar chiquito, amontonado y huele a humedad, ojalá les renueven la oficina para que sea más cómodo para ellos, no se compara con oficinas de empresas como DHL o Estafeta pero la atención que recibí fue excelente ?

Nunca me llegó mi pedido, fui presencialmente y solo se lavaron las manos diciendo que mi paquete se lo había quedado una persona que ya había renunciando y así de fácil, según ellos me pasaron el número de la persona para que yo le marcará para que me regresará mi paquete.pésimo servicio al cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo Servicio, mi paquete llego el 31 de agosto del 2021 a la bodega de Vallarta, fui en 2 ocasiones a dichas instalaciones y no me quisieron hacer entrega de mi paquete, hable al corporativo para levantar un reporte y no me dieron solución, hoy 14 de septiembre era la fecha límite para hacer la entrega, no la realizaron, volví a marcar a corporativo y no me dan solución. Son unos ineptos.
Terrible Service, my package arrived on August 31, 2021 at the Vallarta winery, I went to these facilities on 2 occasions and they did not want to deliver my package, I spoke to the corporate to raise a report and they did not give me a solution, today 14 September was the deadline to make the delivery, they did not make it, I dialed corporate again and they do not give me a solution. They are inept.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oi como un empleado le dexia al otro que metiera elnpaquete como devuelto porq la clienta le cayo gorda, que no le entregaran. Al acudir a sucursal por mi pquete dicen q ellos nunca tuvieron mi paquete pero al llamar al centro dicen me los entregaton en mi puerta y la realidad NUNCA los recibi. Me parece q se aprovechan de la politica entrega en puerta para robarselos.

When I went to the branch for my package they said that they never had my package but when I called the center they said they delivered them to my door and the reality NEVER received them. It seems to me that they take advantage of the delivery policy to steal them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca e tenido una mala experiencia con esta paqueteria que se encuentra en vallarta siempre me contactan antes de entregarme e incluso ya varios me conocen de los repartidores me lo han llevado aveces hasta donde me encuentro en el momento de la entrega excelente espero sigan asi con su servicio para mi ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No llegaron mis últimos 3 paquetes, supongo que se los roban internamente. Qué lastima, voy a tener que dejar de comprar en Ali Express, no sé cómo esta empresa trabaja con Quality Post que de Quality no tiene nada. Mail Americas debería entregar a Correos de México, tardan una eternidad pero por lo menos llegan los paquetes.
My last 3 packages did not arrive, I guess they are stolen internally. Too bad, I'm going to have to stop buying from Ali Express, I don't know how this company works with Quality Post, which has nothing to do with Quality. Mail Americas should deliver to Correos de México, they take forever but at least the packages arrive.
