Le pedí al Dr. Juan Ignacio Elizalde si podía pasar al baño la nena y me dijo que no, que tenían problemas de agua y tuve que sacarla a una vulcanizadora a lado de la farmacia y el vecino dijo que es mentira, que ahí nunca falta el agua. Es inhumano que aún pagando la consulta no se toquen el corazón sabiendo que esa enfermedad es incontrolable. Malísima experiencia. Para variar no tenían los medicamentos que le mandaron.
I took my daughter to the office with severe diarrhea. I asked Dr. Juan Ignacio Elizalde if the girl could go to the bathroom and he said no, they had water problems and I had to take her to a vulcanizer next to the pharmacy and the neighbor said that it is a lie, that there is never missing Water. It is inhumane that even paying for the consultation they do not touch their hearts knowing that this disease is uncontrollable. Terrible experience. For a change, they did not have the medications that were sent to him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, además de tardar en atender, el doctor Elizalde parece que está más preocupado por contestar sus mensajes de celular que en poner atención al paciente, mientras uno le describe los síntomas el agachado checando que más le llega, gracias a eso la consulta es demasiado lenta, así que no se asombren por el tiempo de espera. Los medicamentos hay que conseguirlos en otras farmacias, imagino eso le pasa por estar preocupado por asuntos personales, en lugar de organizarse con el personal para checar su inventario.
Terrible service, in addition to taking time to attend, Dr. Elizalde seems to be more concerned about answering his cell phone messages than paying attention to the patient, while one describes the symptoms, crouching down, checking what reaches him the most, thanks to that the consultation is too slow, so don't be shocked by the waiting time. Medications have to be obtained from other pharmacies, I imagine that is what happens to him because he is worried about personal matters, instead of organizing himself with the staff to check his inventory.
