★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No está abierto 24 hrs como dice, es muy desesperante necesitar un medicamento en la noche y llamar para garantizar que tienen el medicamento, pedir un servicio pickup y que cuando llegues te digan que por la hora ya no te lo pueden vender, los medicamentos son una necesidad, nadie sale en la noche a comprar un medicamento por gusto y si dicen ser de 24 hrs cumplan o avisen que no se puede comprar medicamentos después de las 10:00pm
El encargado de turno simplemente dijo ya no vendemos nada a esta hora y se fue. Llame al centro telefónico y me dijeron que era raro porque la tienda es de 24 hrs, me comunican con un ejecutivo que únicamente llamó a la farmacia y después me dijo que le dijeron ahí que despues de las 10:00pm no atienden y ya, eso es todo lo que pueden hacer, se que en sí no es culpa nadie... todos son empleados que hacen su trabajo y listo, es un error de comunicación que se arregla aclarando que no dan servicio 24 horas, parece absurdo, pero cuando tienes a alguien en casa que espera ese medicamento es importante saber a que farmacia puedes ir.
