★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy hace unas horas pedí un medicamento a domicilio, todo en orden y a las 2 horas llamé para ver si ya me lo podían traer y si contestaron pero me dejaron esperando, esto paso 2 veces y a la tercera que marqué ya que habían pasado 5 horas de que lo pedí me respondieron que ese medicamento no llegaba a domicilio, es obvio que lo pedí porque no puedo salir pero pues ya hasta se me había pasado la hora y la vez pasada que pedí lo mismo, pedí en la noche y me lo trajeron al otro día a las 11. Entiendo que estén ocupados pero imploro que entiendan que el medicamento lo pedí porque lo necesito y simplemente se les olvida o no saben así que a quien lea esto le recomiendo ser muy específico con su pedido y marcar constantemente para ver si no se les olvidó. Gracias por leerme

Se tiene receta médica debidamente llenada y no se quiere surtir porque el doctor apunto pegado el año... y la cajera con cero criterio argumenta que no se puede surtir por ese detalle... quien en su sano juicio esperaría un año para volver a pedir la receta... absurdo el criterio y poco sentido de atención al cliente.
Y si a eso le sumamos que un cliente va por medicinas a la farmacia. Las cajeras te avientan una cantidad de promociones que no te interesan.. tu solo quieres ser atendido e ir a descanar...
Pésimo servicio de esa farmacia... preferible ir a cualquiera de la zona...

You have a duly filled medical prescription and you do not want to fill it because the doctor wrote down the year ... and the cashier with zero criteria argues that it cannot be filled for that detail ... who in his right mind would wait a year to return to ask for the recipe ... absurd criteria and little sense of customer service.
And if we add to that that a client goes to the pharmacy for medicines. The cashiers throw you a number of promotions that do not interest you ... you just want to be attended and go to rest ...
Terrible service from that pharmacy ... preferable to go to any in the area ...
