★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo el servicio de envío, la mercancía ya estaba pagada y me dicen que no hacen la entrega hasta mi domicilio, según que 3 kilómetros y la sucursal de Ecatepec está a esa distancia. A mis vecinos y a mi esposa ya le han hecho envíos y ahora no lo quisieron hacer. Pésimo servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es muy buena, en mi caso el medicamento que necesito no lo tenían en su inventario pero me ofrecieron conseguirlo en otra sucursal y solo pasar a recogerlo dos días después, cumplieron con el tiempo de entrega. Me gusta que tengan un estacionamiento amplio. Hay que ir con paciencia porque el tiempo de espera a veces es de más de 5 minutos ya que al haber pocas sucursales en la zona es obvio que la demanda sea grande.
The attention is very good, in my case the medicine I need they did not have in their inventory but they offered to get it at another branch and only pick it up two days later, they met the delivery time. I like that they have ample parking. You have to be patient because the waiting time is sometimes more than 5 minutes since there are few branches in the area it is obvious that the demand is great.
