★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio a domicilio, en 2 semanas se les ha “olvidado” la terminal a los repartidores 3 veces, dejando claras instrucciones en el call center sobre la misma!!! Hasta las pizzas tienen mayor iniciativa para regresar a sucursal por la misma y poder cobrarte, con San Pablo cero iniciativa, y eso sí, se llevan el pedido y “haga nuevamente” todo el proceso por teléfono sin asumir su ineficiencia. Lo bueno es que ya hay apps como Rappi, donde uno tiene acceso a casi todas las farmacias y no salen con estas cosas, no vuelvo a pedir por este medio tan arcaico e ineficiente!
 Terrible home service, in 2 weeks the delivery people have "forgotten" the terminal 3 times, leaving clear instructions in the call center about it!!! Even the pizzas have more initiative to return to the branch for the same and be able to charge you, with San Pablo zero initiative, and yes, they take the order and "do the whole process again" by phone without assuming their inefficiency. The good thing is that there are already apps like Rappi, where you have access to almost all pharmacies and they don't come out with these things, I won't ask again through this archaic and inefficient way!

Las reviews tenían razón, jamás te atienden, fui en tres ocasiones en diversos momentos del día y jamás pude obtener consulta: Primero porque estaban sanitizando, luego que porque no estaba la doctora y al final, qué porque tenían pacientes con COVID y no podía pasar.

The reviews were right, they never attend to you, I went three times at different times of the day and I was never able to get a consultation: First because they were sanitizing, then because the doctor was not there and in the end, because they had patients with COVID and I couldn't get through .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una lastima la actitud de los repartidores de moto de la farmacia. Compre medicamento y al estacionarse en la parte exterior los repartidores NO PERMITEN ESTACIONARSE. Encontré un espacio y metí mi coche en e l lugar de autos híbridos. Me rodearon, como si fueran vándalos, con sus motos para complicarme la salida y después que salí acomodaron sus motos en un lugar para cada uno. Desconocía yo que la política de San Pablo era darle preferencia a sus motociclista antes que a sus clientes que asistimos a la Farmacia. El coche en la foto estuvo al menos 2 horas supongo que es de alguien de la tienda y pueden ver una moto por lugar.
The attitude of the motorcycle dealers at the pharmacy is a shame. Buy medicine and when you park outside the delivery people DO NOT ALLOW PARKING. I found a space and put my car in the hybrid car place. They surrounded me, as if they were vandals, with their motorcycles to complicate my exit and after I left they arranged their motorcycles in a place for each one. I was unaware that San Pablo's policy was to give preference to its motorcyclists over its clients who attend the Pharmacy. The car in the photo was at least 2 hours I guess it belongs to someone from the store and you can see a motorcycle by place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They surround you when you enter, try to sell you things you don't need and more than you need of what you do need. I came here because I saw a dermatologist nearby who prescribed some things. Seriously, they tried to sell me 10 times the amount of cream I needed and I didn't figure that out right away. There are other, nicer pharmacies nearby that are just as good. I ended up getting everything I needed for half the price at Costco.
