★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las Doctoras del consultorio me parece muy bueno y humano su atención, pero al dirigirme al área de farmacia a pagar consulta y comprar medicamentos me detiene la policía de entrada preguntando que a qué voy??? Y después atrás mío, no creo tener facha de malviviente o ratera para soportar los tratos de una guardia invasiva y molesta.

Desafotudamente contamos con que estas tiendas son 24 horas, tenemos en casa una persona con fiebre y estos cuates durmiendo. También intente llamar por teléfono al que aparece y solo me contesto un conmutador y jamás me respondió nunca una persona

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima atencion en consulta medica todo el personal de ahi fue grosero aparte la doctora en turno me vio realmente mal y minorizo mi dolor, solo me mando analgesicos cuando traia una infección muy fuerte, solo atienden bien y rapido si vas a prueba covid, las enfermeras y doctoras creen que están trabajando en Santa fe o no se que les pasa, solo por que me moria de dolor y es lo que me quedaba cerca pero Nunca VOLVERIA A CONSULTA PESIMA ATENCION Y SERVICIO
Terrible attention in the medical consultation, all the staff there were rude, apart from the doctor on duty, she saw me really badly and minimized my pain, she only sent me painkillers when I had a very strong infection, they only attend well and quickly if you go to test covid, the nurses and doctors think they are working in Santa Fe or I don't know what's wrong with them, just because I was dying of pain and it's what was close to me but I WOULD NEVER RETURN TO A CONSULTATION AWFUL ATTENTION AND SERVICE

Hace poco tuvimos problemas con su gerente Víctor Hugo Juarez y solo se la paso escondiéndose y haciendo comentarios sarcásticos su falta de ética se nota demasiado deberían tener más filtros para seleccionar a su personal a cargo, ojalá esto no sea lo que esté afectando a su personal que más seguro así sea porque teníamos años siendo clientes de esa sucursal y nunca tuvimos problemas. Este tipo de personas podrían generarles demasiadas demandas como la que pondré con este señor. Es una lástima que mejor optemos por otras opciones para comprar, el servicio anteriormente era muy bueno, no dudo que sea su gerencia el que esté afectando a los empleados. Que pena.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con respecto al servicio en "mi consultorio", considero que el trabajo que desempeñan es bastante adecuado y lo hacen de manera servicial y ágil, fui por un certificado médico y todo se desarrolló de manera rápida; llenado de mis datos personales y toma de signos vitales prácticamente de inmediato, posteriormente pasé a la consulta y valoración médica con Karen Espinosa y todo bien: te revisa, te ausculta y al final te explica lo que detectó con su análisis clínico. El pago es en el área de cajas en farmacia y ya con tu ticket de pago regresas al área de consultorios y te entregan tu certificado. No me tomó más de 40 minutos todo el proceso.

The payment is in the cashier area in the pharmacy and with your payment ticket you return to the office area and they give you your certificate. The entire process took no more than 40 minutes.
