★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su personal no atiende a las 7 am como dice en el Horario, están platicando adentro bien a gusto mientras la gente está esperando afuera... Si la gente no tenía covid ahí se pueden contagiar por estar esperando a que terminen de platicar...
 Your staff does not answer at 7 am as it says in the Schedule, they are chatting inside very comfortably while people are waiting outside... If people did not have covid there they can get it by waiting for them to finish talking...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No respetan el horario que ponen para las pruebas covid , según reparten fichas a las 7 AM y te formas desde las 6 para alcanzar lugar y luego las andan entregando hasta las 8 AM .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encuentras mucha variedad de medicamentos, algunos medicamentos que no cualquier farmacia los tiene. He visitado varias veces farmacias de la misma cadena y siempre me ha gustado porque encuentras casi todo lo que buscas, esta vez tuve una mala experiencia el supervisor con una actitud muy mala, tratando mal a las personas que están atendiendo no me agrado en lo más mínimo porque regaño al señor que nos atendía (que de hecho fue muy amableme) enfrente de las personas. Y al momento de entregarnos el medicamento fue de muy mala forma. Me tocó el viernes 07 de enero alrededor de las 8pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la segunda ocasion que su empleado Norberto no me da la atencion, pone excusas nisiquiera busco el medicamento solo dijo que no, cabe mencionar que en la primera ocasion la receta la surti en la farmacia de al lado farmacia de especialidades en donde me atendieron de maravilla y sin ninguna negativa. Es extraño que en esta sucursal no me den el servicio ya que en otras sucursales siempre he tenido atencion de calidad. Ojala puedan tomar cartas en el asunto
