Primero hablaré de la logística o administración del cliente de este lugar (no se como se le llame a esto, si alguien sabe, dígalo): ahora por la pandemia, se debe de hacer cita para poder ser atendidos y que no se llene de gente el lugar, para esto, toman el nombre del paciente, nombre del dueño, motivo de la cita y número telefónico para que ellos se puedan comunicar contigo por si hay algún cambio o aviso. El trato por parte de la persona que te atiende es muy agradable y te tratan con paciencia. También me parece que pueden atender casos de urgencia (sin cita). Por parte del equipo médico veterinario, me quedo conforme y muy satisfecho ya que todas las dudas que tengo respecto a mi mascota me las resuelven, no importa si tengo 1 o hasta 100 preguntas, me responden con mucho gusto cada una de ellas. Los diagnósticos y tratamientos que ellos sugieren para curar/sanar a mis mascotas han sido muy acertados y eficientes. Además de dar consultas, cuentan con rayos X y cirugía. Que por cierto, las radiografías son digitales y te las mandan vía WhatsApp a tu celular. Si tienen más servicios, los desconozco. Respecto al precio, digamos que no están elevados los precios van de acuerdo al nivel del servicio que ofrecen. Aunque si, si hay otras veterinarias más batatas (no por mucho), al menos en lo que corresponde al municipio de Jerez.
