★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace un par de horas acudí a la sucursal Torres de Padierna, la médica fué sumamente grosera y se NEGÓ a darme el servicio, tengo prueba negativa de COVID,pero presente síntomas, acudí la semana pasada a sucursal Mayahuel y el servicio fué excelente, la Dra que estaba en fin de semana me indicó una radiografía de tórax, tristemente ella solo labora fin de semana y hoy que acudí estaba esta persona que fue demasiado grosera, discriminadora y poco profesional, me dijo que ella solo recetaba paracetamol para COVID 19. Eviten esa sucursal de lunes a viernes por la tarde. Además no hay forma de reportar al encargado.

Efectivamente como lo menciona la respuesta posterior a este post, el encargado amablemente se comunicó conmigo y quedó aclarada la situación, agradezco la atención del encargado por su tiempo y disposición, aún conservo la opinión sobre la médica del turno vespertino, pero en esa sucursal por la mañana y en Mayahuel a cualquier hora son sumamente profesionales y atinados con la atención, si tienen alguna queja el encargado SI resuelve y muy rápido. Gracias
A couple of hours ago I went to the Torres de Padierna branch, the doctor was extremely rude and REFUSED to give me the service, I have a negative COVID test, but present symptoms, I went last week to the Mayahuel branch and the service was excellent, the Dr. who was on the weekend indicated a chest X-ray, sadly she only works weekend and today that I went there was this person who was too rude, discriminatory and unprofessional, she told me that she only prescribed paracetamol for COVID 19. Avoid that branch from Monday to Friday afternoon. Also there is no way to report to the manager.
