Terrible service, I had an emergency and I needed a medicine and they did not want to attend to me because they had already cut and the pharmacy is supposed to be 24 hours

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicité impresiones de fotos x una oferta q tenían, me dijeron que se tardarían como 15 días y que me llamarían pero no fué así, pasó un mes y nada, fui a preguntar donde estaban mis fotos y no las tenían aún y nadie me daba información sobre cuando y donde estarían mis fotos, en fin visité la farmacia 2 veces más hasta que por fin recibí mis fotos, muy mala experiencia
I requested photo prints for an offer they had, they told me it would take about 15 days and they would call me but it was not like that, a month went by and nothing, I went to ask where my photos were and they did not have them yet and nobody gave me information about when and where my photos would be, finally I visited the pharmacy 2 more times until finally I received my photos, very bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, personal incompetente, no tienen a nadie capacitado para hacer facturas, se equivocaron con el nombre al realizar la factura y que no se puede cancelar y volver hacer. Recomendacion vayan a otra sucursal.
Terrible service, incompetent staff, they do not have anyone trained to make invoices, they got the name wrong when making the invoice and it cannot be canceled and done again. Recommendation go to another branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy tarda dos para atender al cliente porque siempre hay muy poco personal y se ponen a platicar o se van para adentro y ya no salen a mostrador... además no te ofrecen opciones respecto al medicamento que pides, si lo quieres con más o menos pastillas o de otras marcas.
It takes two hours to attend to the client because there is always very little staff and they start talking or they go inside and they do not go to the counter ... they also do not offer you options regarding the medication you ask for, if you want it with more or less pills or other brands.
