La señora que atiende los productos de salud y belleza de alta gama ,,,maltrata a los clientes ,,siempre está de muy mal humor,,,y no puedes ni acercarte a leer los productos y se avienta como si fueras una criminal ,,,esta señora está para medicación,,,,no debería de estar ahí y mucho menos directo a los clientes ,, en mi caso siempre voy a comprar productos de belleza que no son varatos y esta señora ya en varias ocasiones me hace sentir muy mal ,,,a esa farmacia no pienso poner un pie más,,aunque tenga que ir más lejos ☹

Me atendio la Srta. Celmi Rosalba Pech Yam Situación: Al entrar a la sucursal, ningún buenas noche de parte de las 3 colaboradoras en turno, una me vio que pagaría servicio de luz, me ignoro y dijo: voy a terminar mi pendiente. La otra esta adentro en una oficina creo y la que me atendió solo me dijo, ponga su tarjeta (sin amabilidad, ni porfavor, mala forma) De ahí me cobro un monto de $241 y me pregunto que si tenia el peso, le dije que no ya que solo llevaba un billete de $500 pesos, al decirle que no. Me torció los ojos, me hizo sentir mal. Pero no deje que me contagie su mal humor. Me despedí y le dije muy amable señorita muchas gracias buenas noches. Así ignorandome por completo. El único que me respondió fue el seguridad. Olvide mi tarjeta y le comente al seguridad, diciéndome que el si se dio cuenta y le dio gusto que yo regresará. La misma señorita Celmi me entrego mi tarjeta de mala gana sin ninguna palabra, nuevamente le agradecí le dije muy amable por el favor. Me ignoro nuevamente Digo favor por que creo que la moleste por brindarme un servicio o por disponer de su tiempo para entregarme mi tarjeta. También he recibido mal servicio de parte de las señoritas de la ruta 5 con Kabah. Puse mi queja a las oficinas que estan a un lado pero tal parece que no se toman el tiempo de capacitar a sus empleados para brindar un buen servicio. Les invito acudan a su competencia, farmacia similares, farmacia guadalajara a la que yo he consumido y siempre en todo tiempo hay un trato amable y afectuoso. Horario de 20:01 donde pague y 20:20 donde fui por mi tarjeta olvidada. El mal servicio fue brindado por la sucursal.
