★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se supone que el servicio a domicilio al solicitarlo sea de una manera sencilla y ágil, pero aquí es todo lo contrario no se puede solicitar porque no hay un teléfono ni sirve el whatsapp, es como si no quisieran trabajar una verdadera vergüenza

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un verdadero abuso que pretendan forzar a los clientes a usar su página o la aplicación. Jamás contestan en el único número de servicio a domicilio, no muestran los números de teléfono de cada sucursal y el robot de whatsapp es una inutilidad total. Es una pena porque sus genéricos son excelentes y de buen precio, y su monedero del ahorro es el mejor y fue el primero del ramo farmacéutico
It is a real abuse that they intend to force customers to use their page or the application. They never answer the only home service number, they do not show the phone numbers of each branch and the whatsapp robot is totally useless. It's a shame because their generics are excellent and well priced, and their savings wallet is the best and was the first in the pharmaceutical industry
