★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo personal de verdad que la gente se entere de lo poco profesionales que son que por vender te dan lo que sea y confiado tú te llevas el medicamento, mandaré un escrito al corporativo informando que el personal está vendiendo medicamento que no debe de vender gente si no compre aquí o cheque bien su medicamento no vaya a empeorar su enfermedad por culpa de estos ineptos
Really bad staff that people find out how unprofessional they are that for selling they give you whatever and confident you take the medicine, I will send a letter to the corporate informing that the staff is selling medicine that people should not sell if do not buy here or check your medicine well do not make your disease worse because of these inept

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una farmacia muy surtida además está abierta las 24hrs, cabe mencionar que si cuentas con la tarjeta del ahorro te abonan una parte de tu compra a la tarjeta para que después lo puedas cambiar por medicamento.

En estos tiempos de pandemia ni siquiera ofrecen gel antibacterial, mucho menos te indican dónde están las cajas y ninguna de las trabajadoras se acerca a preguntar si necesitas ayuda. Una vez en caja, no sé si por flojera o qué, ni siquiera miraron mi receta, simplemente me sacaron con un "no tengo ése medicamento"... ¿No pudo revisar en su sistema? ¿No pudo tomarse 30 segundos para revisar mi receta? En la página aparece disponible el medicamento que yo necesitaba, no sé cuál fue su problema conmigo. En fin, mala atención al cliente, sólo acudan si ya no les queda de otra.
Really disappointing customer service. In these times of pandemic, they don't even offer antibacterial gel, much less tell you where the boxes are, and none of the workers comes to ask if you need help. Once in the box, I don't know if because of laziness or what, they didn't even look at my prescription, they just took me out with a "I don't have that medicine" ... Couldn't you check your system? Couldn't take 30 seconds to review my prescription? The medicine that I needed is available on the page, I don't know what the problem was with me. Anyway, bad customer service, only go if you have no other choice.
