★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardan demasiado en atender porque siempre están capacitando a alguien lo que hace que se haga más lenta la atención. Piensan que las personas que entrar con ropa humilde va a asaltarlos y lo peor es que por sus pistolas de las dos puertas de entrada a la farmacia siempre tienen cerrada con llave la que da al centro comercial, mientras que la que da a la calle está abierta. Dicen es para que no los asalten. Es más fácil que los rateros lleguen y se vayan por la calle. El asunto de esta queja es que la entrada del centro comercial tiene el piso parejo, mientras que la que da a la calle tiene el piso muy de bajada y un escalón de unos 40 cms que a personas con discapacidad como yo les resulta difícil y peligroso para entrar, y ni pensar que lo haga alguien en silla de ruedas o andadera. Esto es una Discriminación. Ya me he quejado pero no hacen nada!!!!

They think that the people who enter with humble clothes will assault them and the worst thing is that for their guns from the two entrance doors to the pharmacy they always have locked the one that gives to the mall, while the one that overlooks the street is open They say it is so that they are not assaulted. It is easier for the thieves to arrive and go down the street. The issue of this complaint is that the entrance to the shopping center has the flat floor, while the one facing the street has a very low floor and a step of about 40 cm that people with disabilities like me find it difficult and dangerous to enter, and not even think that someone does it in a wheelchair or walker. This is a discrimination. I have already complained but they do nothing!
