★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy 160322 a las 14:15 realice una cita para prueba de antígenos, la sorpresa es haber recibido super mala atención del parte del médico que realiza las pruebas de antígenos, ya que se molesto porque refiere que es su hora de comida, cuando en el sistema te despliega los horarios en los que pueden dar la cita, fue muy desagradable y grosera su actitud, incluso diciendo que para el tema que se ocuparía el certificado de mi prueba no es urgente (viaje), en que se basa el para determinar el grado de importancia de un asunto exclusivamente personal, se supone que tienen un código de ética que este Doctor no está cumpliendo.

Después de 7 horas seguidas de tratar de acer una cita por internet para una prueba de COVID por qué el sistema siempre falla y no permite acer una cita, fui en persona aver si podía acer una persona. Fui recibido por el seguridad muy grosero me corrió por no tener cita. Cuando le trate de explicar que su sistema no funciona de todos maneras me trato muy mal y termine saliendo. Es injustificable el comportamiento del personal. Tiene un mal comportamiento. Por favor arreglen su sistema si quieren enforcer solo por cita.
The worst experience. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día 3 de marzo a las 13:00 tuve mi prueba COVID, acudí a la sucursal en Puente de Alvarado, dicha prueba me la realizó el Sr. Emanuel Serra Suárez, al momento de entregar mi resultado (negativo) le pedí una consulta, dicha consulta me fue negada de una forma muy grosera y desposta, haciéndome sentir como si le estuviera pidiendo un favor, por educación no respondí y me retiré.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had COVID tests scheduled for 10am and 10:15am at the Puente de Alverado branch. We showed up for our appointments a few minutes early and were told the doctor would not be in until 10:30am. There was a language barrier so I couldn't figure out why they let us schedule earlier than they'll run the appointments, but either way getting to and then not having the appointment killed my last morning in Mexico and now I have to find an alternative COVID test by end of day. Do not recommend.
