★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día 11 de Mayo 2022 a las 6 pm aprox, la persona que me atendió me dijo que los medicamentos que buscaba no existían en genéricos, solo de patente (eran medicamentos caros) quiero pensar que lo hizo por no perder la venta. Tuve que comprarlo... y mi sorpresa al buscarlo en la página al día siguiente y enterarme que si manejan genéricos. Espero que la marca entienda que estas acciones de sus empleados afectan bastante. Por mi parte desde ahora serán mi última opción.
On May 11, 2022 at approximately 6 pm, the person who attended me told me that the medicines I was looking for did not exist in generics, only patent ones (they were expensive medicines). I want to think that he did it so as not to lose the sale. I had to buy it... and my surprise when I looked for it on the page the next day and found out that they do handle generics. I hope that the brand understands that these actions of its employees affect a lot. For my part, from now on they will be my last option.
