Quiero comentar que el "ACETÓNIDO DE FLUOCINOLONA", la calidad, al menos en cuanto al excipiente, es mucho mejor el que fabrica "LABORATORIOS QUÍMICA SONS, S.A. DE C.V." que el que fabrica "LABORATORIOS ALPHARMA, S.A. DE C.V." Atentamente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mis recetas son de aseguradora y siempre me ponen peros para no cambiarlas y cuando me las quieren cambiar no tienen el medicamento. Mal servicio, no tiene existencias de nada , y si mi receta que es de aseguradora no generará una ganancia para esta cadenera simplemente no me la cambiarían. Hasta parece que me hacen un favor cuando me los cambian , además de que el horario de servicio al cierre es hasta las 11 segun su portal y ellos ya cerraron a las 10:45 pm de plano te niegan el servicio. No es mentira ustedes haganlo y a esa hora ya no atienden

En la pandemia no tienen tapete sanitizante adecuado, siempre está muy sucio y sin líquido. La única medida que tienen es la sana distancia y micas en las cajas de cobro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El Dr. Juan Pablo Rayas Vázquez, que se encuentra en esta sucursal, es pésimo. No sabe ni siquiera aplicar una inyección correctamente. Fuimos hace varias semanas a que le aplicaran a mi novio la vacuna contra la influenza y el “Dr” la aplicó encima de donde se debía. Esto provocó dolor en el hombro y que no pueda mover el brazo hasta la fecha. Asimismo, las pruebas de antígenos las realiza sin previamente lavarse las manos y sin tomar la muestra correctamente. PÉSIMO SERVICIO DE SU PERSONAL MÉDICO.
