★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No compren en linea en este negocio. Quedan mal en sus tiempos de entrega, tienen una desorganización extrema, nadie asume responsabilidades. Los jóvenes de la sucursal de Calz. Del hueso son amables al dar información, pero para la entrega nadie sabe los tiempos ni se hacen responsables de nada que tenga que ver con la compra en línea. Tengan cuidado. Piensen dos veces.
Do not buy online in this business. They look bad in their delivery times, they have extreme disorganization, nobody assumes responsibilities. The youth of the Calz branch. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio desde antes de contratar un servicio. Te dan un precio por teléfono y al llegar te dan otro (obvio más caro), aparte de que NO tienen técnicos suficientes. Si a lo anterior le agregamos que sus neumáticos no parecen nuevos y ya se ven gastados, más la pésima atención de los que venden y que tienen un desastre de piezas de todos los coches que están trabajando...
Tengan mucho cuidado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traje mi auto a alineación y balanceo, el servicio muy bueno los Mecánicos chavos pero si le saben, te revisan toda la suspensión y te dicen que le falla sin presionarte que hay que repararlo de inmediato. Cuentan con la herramienta y equipo correcto para trabajar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré una llanta la semana pasada y me la montaron toda sucia y manchada, como si la hubiera comprado en un tianguis. Aunado a ello el servicio es lento, me dijeron media hora y me tardaron la hora, en la sala de espera no me ofrecieron ni un vaso de agua. Me animé a venir a Radial porque había cambiado una llanta en su sucursal de Mérida hace 3 semanas y ahí me dieron un servicio 5 estrellas. Me limpiaron con almorol las 4 llantas. Cumplieron la media hora pactada y en su sala de espera me ofrecieron agua, todo el personal y atención de ahí está perfecto! Yo ingenuamente vine a la Radial de aquí pensando que el servicio y la calidad serían iguales pero fue lo opuesto. Para comprar una llanta toda mugrosa y manchada mejor la compro en otro lado

I naively came to Radial from here thinking that the service and quality would be the same, but it was the opposite. To buy a tire all filthy and stained, I better buy it elsewhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé el coche a alineación y trataron de venderme bases de amortiguadores, balatas y discos de freno que no necesitaba. Hablé con mi mecánico de confianza y me dijo que todo estaba en rango y no era necesario cambiarlo. Pésima experiencia. Nadie me va a devolver las dos horas que perdí en ese lugar.
I took the car in for alignment and they tried to sell me shock mounts, pads and brake discs that I didn't need. I spoke with my trusted mechanic and he told me that everything was in range and it was not necessary to change it. Terrible experience. No one is going to give me back the two hours I wasted in that place.
