★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta empresa de Gas tenía viviendo a un edificio completo con fugas de gas, daños en las instalaciones, no llenaban los tanques completos y sus precios son exageradamente altos; el dueño es una persona cero profesional y bastante grosera.
Si contratan este servicio revisen bien la forma en que instalan el equipo y que los trabajadores llenen correctamente los tanques y cuidado con presentar las quejas mencionadas al dueño porque amenaza con llevar a “fiscalía” que parece más bien una persona contratada para intimidar.
This Gas company had living in a complete building with gas leaks, damage to the facilities, they did not fill the entire tanks and their prices are exaggeratedly high; The owner is a professional zero person and quite rude.
If you hire this service, review the way in which the equipment is installed and that the workers correctly fill the tanks and be careful to present the mentioned complaints to the owner because it threatens to take to “prosecutor's office” that it seems rather a person hired to intimidate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un robo, mi departemento tiene tres meses vacio, y casualmente en diciembre me mandan una cuenta de 33 litros de consumo, y su respuesta es "Como puede ver tengo el reporte de que se cerro el servicio y mis compañeros no han manipulado la instalación tanto así que tiene dos meses con saldo de 10 pesos, si alguien ajeno a la empresa manipula la instalación cualquier consumo se debe de cubrir✨" NO HAY FORMA QUE SE HAYA CONSUMIDO ESO SI ESTA VACIO EL DEPARTAMENTO, y no te dan alternativa, podría ser una fuga?? y la respuesta es, noo porque si fuera una fuga se vería en los meses pasados, no sabia que una fuga tenia fecha, puede ser de un dia a otro, SUPER MAL SU SERVICIO , RATEROS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención al cliente, dan como forma de contacto whatsapp y se molestan por que uno como cliente les notifique mediante foto de pago y les mande datos para facturación argumentando que se satura esta vía de comunicación (por dos mensajes) y que "se reservarán el derecho a contestar". Además hace dos semanas me amenazan con contar el gas por "adeudo" cuando apenas hoy hacen llegar el recibo. Incompetentes, desorganizados, torpes y mañosos.
Terrible customer service, they give WhatsApp as a form of contact and get upset that one as a customer notifies them by means of a payment photo and sends them data for billing, arguing that this means of communication is saturated (for two messages) and that "they will reserve the right to reply ". In addition, two weeks ago they threatened to count the gas as a "debt" when they just sent the receipt today. Incompetent, disorganized, clumsy and crafty.
