Mal servicio al cliente por parte del encargado y la señora mayor, groseros te tratan como si te hicieran el favor. Solo se salva la chica más joven es la única amable

Apenas le pusieron consultorio pero el Dr. hoy a las 10:30 es un patan, grosero y alli afuera en la sala de espera hay un letrero de estar en silencio pero la TV. esta altisima de volumen, salio despues de un rato y a preguntar de mal modo que cual era la urgencia, sino tienen vocacion de servicio y conciencia de lo que significa la salud para todos, pues se equivoco de profesion y cero en educacion porque al ser una persona mayor no son modos de referirse a nadie, luego enseguida me dijo que me veia mejor callada??? o sea no hables, no preguntes, pues entonces no hay que ir con el NUNCA, pues sera mejor que no diga que trabaja porque se puede cansar o sentir mal no?? la bata le viene grande al tipo ordinario y que denigra su profesion??TENGAN CUIDADO Y MEJOR NO ACERCARSE ALLI..

Mala actitud de la mayoría de sus dependientes, se les nota la frustración, el enojo y el acomplejamiento... ¡Un buen curso de atención a clientes por parte de RRHH de corporativo a todas sus sucursales no estaría de más!

Hice una cita para prueba de antígenos COVID, con dos días de antelación. Llegué temprano a mi cita y me dijeron que no había pruebas, a pesar de haberla confirmado. De ahí me mandaron a otra sucursal, diciéndome que les explicara que tenía cita para que respetaran el horario. Fui a la otra sucursal y ahí me dijeron que no era posible respetar la cita porque según la encargada, no tienen comunicación las sucursales. Hay personas en fila sin cita y tengo pasar después de ellos, a pesar de haber hecho mi cita. Afortunadamente mi vuelo está retrasado, si no, estaría en riesgo de perderlo. No se puede confiar en su sistema de citas.

From there they sent me to another branch, telling me to explain that I had an appointment so that they respect the schedule. I needed some cold medicine and walked into the store and was abruptly told to stop. One of the workers was mopping the floor and the person behind the cash said I was not allowed in. I asked if I should wait until she was done and she said no. I then told her I needed Vicks chest rub (very common item all pharmacy's carry) she said they didn't have it. I managed to see it a foot away from where I was so I reached over the freshly mopped floor to grab it and I got yelled it by two workers. I showed it to her and said "vicks, chest rub". I would have gone somewhere else based on their bad behaviour but it was late and I got what I could and left. I didn't manage to get all my purchases even though given proper access to the aisle (literally a foot away from the cash register) I would have. These two ladies were obstinate and unhelpful, which is weird because they work at a pharmacy. I would have understood if the place was closing and I was going to mess up their floor, BUT it's a 24 hour pharmacy! Such a joke.

Mal servicio al cliente!!! No les daría ni 1 estrella! ? Be careful with them. They promise that there wouldn't be a problem with returns, I ordered additional medication, when I came back a couple of hours later asking for a refund because I had found them at another location I was told to speak to the manager later in the day. I came back, asked for the manager but she didn't even care to talk to me and was told that they couldn't do returns because the order was submitted. I reminded the woman what she told me earlier. All she said sorry and moved on to the next person. Please, save time and money, do your business elsewhere!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The fact that they can lie to your face and could care less about their word, says alot about the way they do business. Run away!!!

We visited here to get a covid-19 test. They charge $420 (pesos) for the 20 mins rapid antigen test. They open at 8 or 8:30am, even on Sundays. This is the only pharmacy we found around the area that offers covid-19 testing.
