★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No suelo dar comentarios negativos pero en verdad son muy lentos para atender. Esta semana los visité 3 ocasiones en diferentes horarios y siendo el unico cliente en la sucursal demoraron demasiado en atenderme.
I do not usually give negative comments but in truth they are very slow to attend. This week I visited them 3 times at different times and being the only customer at the branch took too long to attend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El dia de ayer me presente a la farmacia del ahorro sucursal de av. universidad 802, con 3 recetas, una por azitrocin, otra por ivermectina y la otra por hidroxicloroquina. Me surtieron las dos primeras pero la ultima me condicionaron de vendermela solo si compraba la tarjeta del ahorro. No la compre.
Como ningun medicamento debe ser condicionado presentare mi queja en las estancias correspondientes
Yesterday I went to the pharmacy of the savings branch of av. university 802, with 3 prescriptions, one for azitrocin, another for ivermectin and the other for hydroxychloroquine. They supplied me with the first two, but the last one conditioned me to sell it to me only if I bought the savings card. Don't buy it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Varias veces que me la hacen,nunca tienen cambio ,que por q no han vendido (fui a las 8:45 AM), tiene más cambio la señora de los dulces q ellas, y a las empleadas les vale, te lo dicen con una desfachatez. Y lentas como una tortuga,pesimo servicio. Sucursal Av. Universidad #802.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, el servicio a domicilio te lleva los medicamentos mal, acudí a la sucursal y las vendedoras me vendieron otro que no era, no se hicieron responsables cuando lo destape para ver si era el correcto por que yo les lleve la muestra del que ocupaba, solo me hicieron perder tiempo y dinero

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace 3 días vine a solicitar a la "doctora" que me tomara la presión porque estaba teniendo un pico de presión alta muy fuerte y solo necesitaba saber cuánto tenía para que mi doctora me dijera que medicamento tomar y cuanto, llegamos con mi primo 1:45pm la señora nos corrió, nos dijo q ella tenía otro trabajo y que iba a llegar tarde, le dije q no quería consulta solo q me tomara la presión por favor a lo que se negó rotundamente que ella también tenía una emergencia y era más importante así que nos fuéramos xq tenía que cerrar, es íncreible ver que ésta farmacia del ahorro tenga un personal con esta ética y humanidad paupérrima, ojalá nunca viva lo que me hizo pasar, si realmente fuera doctora sabría las consecuencias que puede tener una crisis de presión alta.

Además de medicamentos se pueden encontrar artículos de higiene personal, cosméticos, artículos para bebés, aparatos como termómetros, glucómetros, oxímetros, etc. También tienen una pequeña sección de dulces, botanas, suplementos alimenticios y bebidas.
En esta farmacia también hay consultorio médico y las consultas son gratuitas.
Actualmente el aforo es reducido y de vez en cuando hay que hacer fila afuera para esperar el turno de ser atendido dentro.
