★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que servio tan nefasto, llame para pedir informes sobre algunos medicamentos y las dependientas son tan groseras, me dejaron en la linea mientras ellas estan muy ocupadas en sus platicas y a carcajadas que olvidaron que me dejaron en la linea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para mi, es la mejor opción de Tepotzotlán para comprar medicamentos, insumos básicos para el hogar y alguno que otro antojo. El horario es excelente, también la ubicación y los empleados son muy atentos. Cuando no hay algún medicamento, lo puedes encargar y en muy poco tiempo lo surten, eso está genial. Los precios son mucho más accesibles en comparación con Farmacias San Pablo e incluso en algunas cosas mejor que Farmacias del Ahorro.
For me, it is the best option in Tepotzotlán to buy medicines, basic supplies for the home and the occasional whim. The hours are excellent, also the location and the employees are very attentive. When there is no medicine, you can order it and in a very short time they supply it, that's great. The prices are much more accessible compared to Farmacias San Pablo and even better than Farmacias del Ahorro in some ways.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generalmente tienen buena atención sin embargo hay cosas que deberian modificar me urgía comprar unas pastillas y la cajera no quiso aceptar un billete diciendo que no lo iban a aceptar porque traía diurex lo cual la cajera da a entender que ni sabe revisarlos no era falso pero ni siquiera preguntó si se podía ni nada simplemente argumentaba lo mismo a pesar de que le dije que si lo aceptaban pues no quiso aparte llame para confirmar que lo tuvieran y nunca respondieron

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre que vengo se tardan muchísimo en atenderte, pero hay veces que exageran y sin importar que hay empleados platicando y sin hacer nada en la entrada te dicen que no son del mismo departamento y nadie se hace responsable del servicio, muy Mal por la cadena Guadalajara que a pesar de su renombre no hace nada para mejorar su servicio, quién es el gerente que no hace bien su trabajo!!!!!
