★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ojo en Tulum solo hay 3 consultorios médicos , y este es el único barato que conozco. Recomiendo ampliamente venir en un horario en el que los niños estén en clases porque tardan mucho en consulta. Los médicos que atienden egresaron de buenas universidades así que por el servicio no debería haber problema.
Eye in Tulum there are only 3 medical offices, and this is the only cheap I know. I highly recommend coming at a time when children are in class because they take a long time to consult. The attending doctors graduated from good universities so there should be no problem for the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Radiografía de columna tuvieron que repetirla tres veces, y lo que me entregaron no es utilizable. Tampoco entregaron el reporte. Hubo que repetirlas en otro lugar. Muy mala calidad!!!
Spinal X-ray had to be repeated three times, and what they gave me is not usable. They also did not deliver the report. They had to be repeated elsewhere. Very bad quality!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a walk-in doctor’s surgery just around the corner from / attached to the chemist. (It appears some pharmacies have this while others don’t.) The prices are clearly displayed - with a consultation costing 50 pesos. When I arrived someone else was in there, but I waited 2 minutes and then was seen. Dr Dominguez was very kind and immediately understood the situation from my bad Spanish. After examining and listening to my stomach, he prescribed antibiotics, loperamide and probiotics, which I got from the pharmacy for 194 pesos. In total it took about 10 minutes and cost around £10. Don’t suffer in pain and let a stomach infection ruin your holiday!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like how there’s a doctor office right next door that you can see for a consult for 60 pesos to get a prescription then you bring it over to the pharmacy counter to get the medicine right away.
There is a lineup everyday there so be ready to wait 15-20 mins to see the doctor.
